I bought a pair of sunglasses, and when they arrived I noticed that they had two small, almost imperceptible damages. I contacted them via WhatsApp and the store informed me that they had not noticed the damages when sending them. The problem was quickly resolved and they apologized, the team was attentive and concerned about solving the problem.

I've been contacting them for about two weeks about getting a silk-screened shirt made. The person who replies says they'll look into it, then doesn't respond. After a few days, I'd call again, but the answer was always the same. They obviously don't want to place the order and keep stalling, until I finally give up.
