The studio is simply incredible! This is my second time getting pierced at Tradicional, and the staff is always so welcoming, the kind that makes you want to come back again. Everyone there is very patient, explaining everything thoughtfully and calmly. Silas is a great professional, always thinking about the client's health and well-being. The jewelry and equipment are sterilized before piercing. The studio is very clean, meets health standards, and is super tidy. I got two piercings super quickly, with almost no pain, precisely because I felt safe and comfortable in the moment. Thanks again, everyone! The experience was excellent from the moment I arrived! My husband and I arrived on a very hot day. We were warmly welcomed and offered ice-cold water! Everyone was attentive throughout, informing me every step of the way until I could go upstairs for my tattoo. Pat Oliveira (the tattoo artist) provided me with complete support via WhatsApp and also personally showed me the size and fit options according to my needs. We went upstairs for the tattoo, and Pat was super friendly and attentive, asking how I was feeling, if I was experiencing any discomfort, etc. The art of my tattoo exceeded my expectations with such attention to detail and color! I left very satisfied! The place, although small (typical for a rock gallery), was very welcoming and comfortable, and impeccably clean! Plus, the music was playing great! I highly recommend it!

I saw everyone's comments criticizing the sales staff, so I didn't even bother going to the store and made the purchase through the website. The product is beautiful and of excellent quality.
