A crooked piercing and I got an infection! Less than 24 hours after the piercing, I had to remove the jewelry because within a few hours my piercing began showing signs of infection quickly, even with all my aftercare. I had to remove the jewelry quickly, but even then the infection continued to develop, almost affecting another already healed piercing. I hadn't had any problems with previous piercings done at the same studio, only with this recent one. I was a longtime client, but this time I was horrified! Normal inflammation would take days to appear... it's important to remember that the piercing was crooked too. Now I understand why there's a warning about not taking photos inside the studio! I won't be back, I don't recommend it!

Horrible. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I went to get a piercing enlargement (for a stretcher), and the employee cut off a piece of my ear—it was left hanging. It hurt a lot at the time and bled a lot—it was only a 2mm increase, which is not expected. I even asked him if he had made a cut, and he said no. Only later, at home, taking care of myself, did I find out. I have an inflammatory process and am seeking medical attention for a procedure that should be simple and painless. I've been stretching my ears for years, always 2mm at a time, and this time I was going from 12mm to 14mm. I'm shocked by the lack of care and professionalism.
