My experience at the store was not good. There were a lot of things to look through, and the owner seemed impatient, thinking/insinuating that I wasn't going to buy anything. The store doesn't accept payment by credit card (the only one in the Gallery), making life difficult for the customer. On the other hand, it was good, because I found the CDs in other stores in the Gallery cheaper.

Robson is super attentive and polite, great to do business with, and has an immeasurable variety of CDs, vinyl, and DVDs. Gallery's traditional style store

The place is small, especially since it has a huge CD collection. Therefore, I recommend that buyers prepare a list of records to help Robson search.
