I received an Ironman jersey from WA, and they gave me the wrong size. I went to the store on Saturday, explained the situation, and received excellent service. They exchanged it for the correct size, and the staff was very courteous. They've gained a customer!

The Iron Maiden shirts at WA Sports are amazing! The store is really cool! And the people who work there are top notch! They hand out tickets but force you to wait in line. When I asked what the tickets are for if we have to wait in line, the employee's gratuitous response was, "If you don't want to, don't come in." I can understand how a poor guy working on his feet on a Saturday to earn a salary and a snack can't perform such a simple task, but I didn't expect to be insulted for no reason when asking for information. Terrible.

A must-visit store for Iron Maiden and Kiss fans. Every time I go to São Paulo, I stop by and buy a Maiden shirt to add to my collection. This time, I bought two (Powerslave and Fear of the Dark). I also bought a pair of socks and the cap in the photo. The quality of the products is undeniably excellent, and the service is always great (super attentive, attractive, and friendly saleswomen). The price may seem high for the shirts at first, but for the quality and comfort, especially in hot weather, it's well worth it. The shirts are also beautiful.
