I have no complaints. The website said there were delivery restrictions for my zip code, so I almost gave up on buying it, but I received it as expected (and pretty quickly). I saw some comments that the sneakers are fake, but if they are, they're the best fake I've ever seen. Absolutely top-notch sneakers.

Terrible experience. If you want to buy a Vans, buy from Vans. Products of dubious quality. I bought it one day and it was defective the first time I wore it (it felt like there was a stone in the shoe). To my surprise, they didn't exchange it. I'll never go to Galeria do Rock again because of this. I thought they were trustworthy stores....

I placed an order online, and the store's service was excellent. They had a problem shipping one of the products, and as soon as they detected it, they promptly contacted me to inform me of the issue and offer solutions. Later, I needed to exchange a pair of sneakers due to the size, but I was able to do so without any problems. The store offers excellent support and is very respectful of the customer. I recommend their service.
