Unfortunately, I didn't like the cut. I said I was letting my hair grow and that I only wanted the feet, so as not to leave the sides high like a man's, but unfortunately, it left the way I didn't want, I regret it. They charged 100 reais for short hair, they don't wash it, they don't finish the hair. They left it the same as where I get it cut in Vila paying 35 reais. Also, you can't contact me via WhatsApp or landline. I don't believe that this amount of 100 reais is for everyone.

The service is terrible, every time I send a message to try to schedule an appointment I NEVER GET A RESPONSE, but on the other hand there is A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM TOO MUCH!

I love this place. I've been getting my hair cut at Duza for over 10 years. If you haven't been there, it's worth checking out. They're top-notch professionals when it comes to hair and all that. I recommend them 100% ✅
