When a company apologizes a lot, it's because a lot of things aren't working as they should, and that's the case with Salão 4P, at Galeria do Rock. It was my first and last experience with this establishment. I'll list the terrible impressions I had: 1 - Lack of commitment: The professional Diogo had scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM. I showed up at the scheduled time and was only seen an hour and a half later. What's the point of a schedule with times that aren't followed? 2 - Lack of organization: From the beginning, the service was quite chaotic: outdated information on the website. I was told they could do the braid style I requested, but then was told otherwise. The WhatsApp channel provided is personal and not a professional profile. 3 - Lack of respect: During my long wait for the "almost" professional, Diogo, I noticed a lady and her daughter who had been waiting since 11 a.m. and a young man who had arrived to buy a piece of clothing from the salon's brand, but no one had come to help him. Depressing! 4 - Lack of care - During the process of preparing the hair for braiding, I noticed a slackness when detangling it. These professionals forget that "touching" a client's hair is, above all, a gesture of "care." 5 - Terrible work: I asked for one "thing" and received another. I believe that before "serving" someone, you need to "understand." I did research, brought photos, explained what I didn't want done, and surprisingly, everything still went wrong. I keep asking myself: Why is the salon called 4P? Professionalism? Punctuality? Patience? Presence? I don't know, but it would make more sense to me if it were called 4F because of the shortcomings mentioned above. What legitimizes a company's name isn't fancy or trendy words; it's the way we're treated. I don't recommend it.

I would like to thank the professional Diogo and the 4p space IMMENSELY, for the service and all the care with my Dreads for all these years, which in 2014 was when I met and since then, I could not change professional or place! I recommend and super approve of their work! In fact, this last time I slept in the chair doing the maintenance, because I am carefree, and I trust with my eyes closed because I know that the desired work will be incredible and perfect! Thanks 4P, especially to Diogo, my hairdresser and my namesake!

Many products have no price tag, which is not in line with good business practices. In fact, illegal and bad faith practices are very common in Galeria do Rock stores, and are not exclusive to this store.
