I asked to try on a pair of sneakers at the Galeria do Rock store and the salesperson didn't even wait for me to finish asking which one it was and said "we don't have it" - never again!

On Monday, July 19th, I spoke to the attendant about the Air Max 97 Gold and was informed that the only store where it was available was Galeria do Rock. Well, yesterday, July 21st, I went to the store and was informed that the sneakers could not be removed from stock, that the purchase had to be made through the website, and that even though they confirmed that the sneakers were in stock, they could not be sold in the store. In other words, I wasted gas, parking, and TIME. This store's attitude is ridiculous.

Many products have no price tag, which is not in line with good business practices. In fact, illegal and bad faith practices are very common in Galeria do Rock stores, and are not exclusive to this store.

I went to Galeria do Rock to buy some t-shirts on Saturday, and I happened to pass by the YourID store on the ground floor. I was very well attended by a guy (Leonardo) and ended up buying a beautiful Air Force 1, a new release. I was very well attended to, and I will definitely go back to buy there!

Elidia, the Your ID attendant at Galeria do Rock, was super attentive and very nice to us. There are several Your ID stores inside Galeria do Rock, with a variety of all makes and models. I recommend the store and the attendant!
