I made some t-shirts with them in 2022 and they turned out well. Last week I took them back to print more t-shirts, and we picked them up today. It was terrible. It looks like the engraving was done one on top of the other, it was all blurred. That's because I took one of the old t-shirts as a reference. It couldn't be read, it was blurred. Some of them are even usable even though they're visible. I lost two of them completely. I can't wear a t-shirt like that in front of a customer. I complained to the guy who helped me, and he was very direct and harsh. He said that either I could bring other pieces and he would re-engrave them, or he wouldn't charge me for the two pieces that were worse. He didn't even pay attention, didn't explain what happened. We asked if the problem was with the screen, and he said no, and didn't offer any further explanation or attention. I didn't pay the R$20 for the two pieces that were worse, but I lost R$50, because each shirt cost R$25.00, and I don't have any replacements. Not only did they ruin the shirts, but they didn't even bother to refund me. I've worked with printing companies for years, and their role when they printed the first one and saw it would be bad was to contact us, send a photo, and see if I wanted to continue that way. But no, they simply did it. They saw the service was terrible, and didn't even give me an explanation, as if they were doing me a favor, and I would have to accept it as it was. Anyway, I'm at a loss, but I'm leaving my story here so that it doesn't happen to others.
