I'd been a regular here for many years until last Friday, May 2nd.
I walked into the store and asked the chef if they could make grilled cheese with bacon.
A little woman, half a meter tall, came in and said, "You can ask me here, oh." I said, "So, can you make it?" She said, "Yes, but you'll have to pay 16 reais." Then I said, "Okay, but how much is a regular one (without bacon)?"
She rudely said, "Look behind you, there's the price list, those are the prices. What a jerk."
I turned my back and left, my wife still heard her complaining, "Hey, you want it for free?"
The good old days were when there were old men there making the snacks, the guy with glasses charging, it was all cool. Going downtown and eating the famous XFartura was a must. Now they've put in this idiot who doesn't even know how to serve people, it's hard. I'm never going back. Maybe I'll stop if that lady isn't there.

I regret listening to the recommendation, thinking that because it was located in Galeria do Rock, it would be superior to other establishments. There's actually some truth to that: a similar restaurant outside the city might not have to answer to quality control. The price is very low, but for my taste, it was expensive.
If it's worth a second opinion, my family member left very pleased with the meal.

After it changed ownership, the quality dropped significantly.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

It was good many years ago, then they took Marcio out, now it's a mess. I bought juice there today, even a glass, and only 1. My client bought bread with egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 egg today. I thought it was shameless. And the price is 12 reais. The egg there is left on the side, half-cooked, and unhealthy. I saw that too. The woman who works there, Fran, is a grumpy person, treats customers badly and is also a tightwad. I'm out today, I said I'm not going there. Come back, Marcio.

A traditional snack bar with 43 years of service!

It's impossible not to stroll downtown and not want to try the smoothies and juices served in pitchers at inviting prices.
From the first time I went to Rainha do Paissandu, I loved it. The snacks and drinks are cheap and well-served; only those who want to leave hungry leave. The smoothies and juices easily feed two people who don't drink much, as they serve them by the glass plus the full pitcher, which ends up equaling at least two more glasses (3 total).
The staff is all friendly and always serves everyone with good humor.

A small snack bar... especially since the Gallery doesn't offer larger stalls...
But the snacks/juices are very good... and very filling...
And another thing that counts a lot is the price... just like the delicious snack... it's very good!!!
