The space has potential, but it needs a lot of improvement. We went on November 16th for a band performance, and it was a disaster: there was nowhere to sit, the lines to order were enormous, and the menu (which is already limited, offering only fries, nuts, pizza, and a burger) was lacking in many options (only burgers and fries). After waiting in line for half an hour to order, we waited over an hour for the order to be ready, and when it arrived, it was wrong—both mine and the people accompanying me. Aside from the band, which started playing over an hour late, they barely played anything and then went to intermission. Everything is very amateurish. Organization, planning, menu variety, and especially service need improvement.

The atmosphere is actually nice, but the service...
The place opens at 11, and until 1:00 the kitchen staff took turns seeing who could smoke the most, which is why they didn't serve anything on the menu until 2:00 PM.
The band starts an hour and a half late.
Don't go hungry; the food takes hours to arrive and arrives cold.
The only problem there is the service.
- It needs to be standardized, uniform (you don't know who's a customer and who's serving)
- Organize the order of orders
- The kitchen has to have at least fries before opening
- And there's no problem with smoking, but do your job.

You should take the Galeria do Rock elevator to the fifth floor. There you'll find a spacious, airy space with comfortable chairs and tables, plus great bands.
The real downside is the service, which doesn't match the value. We paid 30 reais to enter a place that didn't even sell beer (forcing beer lovers to drink their draft beer, which costs 30 reais per plastic cup, and you have to wait a long time in line), and it took us over THREE hours to get a burger and bun for the child with us.
With every hour that passed, we went back to ask if they were coming, they made an excuse, and the wait continued.
Not to mention that they didn't even have juice (just Coca-Cola and water), which makes life difficult for those who don't drink.
Oh, and to order, you have to register and pay at the table, then take your order slip to the counter, which makes no sense. People have a very lost dynamic and far from what is practiced in any similar environment.

They didn't let us see the atmosphere and the capacity before paying... after paying ($35/person) and entering, there was no table, the sound was terrible and there was no draft beer or draft beer!!!! How is that possible!!!! Total trap.

The place is nice, but the service is terrible! The burger arrived a little cold; they probably made several and left us waiting for the order. There's a huge line for the draft beer, a mess figuring out where to order, where to pay, and barely any seating! You're left hunting for a plastic stool to try and eat. I hope they improve, because the space is good.
