The place is really cool, simple and reminiscent of a backyard. There are several plants that make the atmosphere cozy, and the chairs I sat in were very comfortable.
There are few food options, just fries and burgers. The fries are great, the burger is average. The order took a while to arrive, and the service is confusing.
The day I went, the band "Mantenha a Dúvida" (a Charlie Brown Jr. cover) performed and was sensational. It was definitely worth it.

I went to the Galeria do Rock rooftop again and have nothing but praise. As always, I really enjoyed it. I went to see an Iron Maiden cover, a sensational band! I recommend it. As for the venue, I have nothing to complain about. The food is simple, which I don't see as a problem with, especially because I go there to enjoy the music and chat with rock fans. Good food, just like at home. The Galeria rooftop is still a 10 in my opinion.

There's no safety net at the site. Given the notorious history of falls from the rock gallery's spans, the only thing standing between you and death is this plastic roof or a 50-cm wall in front. A trip, a shove, or a small disturbance is all it takes to cause a fall. The place is a tragedy waiting to happen.
The bare minimum is a rigid barrier like the one on Martinelli's terrace. At least 1.50 meters high, with spans smaller than a child's body, and reinforced with struts. The way it is, we'll see this establishment on the news soon, and that will be the death of the rock gallery as a whole.

What could have been a really cool experience, the service was not only poor, but also ruined much of the show we paid to see. There were two beer outlets. On the first try, I spent 40 minutes in a line with only 10 people because instead of selling beer in cans and pouring it into a plastic cup, they try to slowly pour it from a keg. The second try was more frustrating because I paid, stood in line, and with two people left, the draft beer ran out.
There are only two bathrooms, and they smell awful.
Tip: If there's even the slightest forecast of rain, I advise you not to go.
On the other hand, it had everything to be a place with really cool shows, since we lack a venue for the rock scene, especially metal, in São Paulo.
What's incomprehensible is that the audience is poorly served and the business loses its profits simply by insisting on keg beer when every event or venue uses the canned beer method. They would sell much more.

The place is nice, and the idea of having bands perform there was a genius idea.
But the waitresses' service is chaotic.
They have no training whatsoever. We order beer..... And they don't bring the glasses....... When they bring the glasses, they don't bring the menu....
After 30 minutes of ordering a simple dish, I went to complain to the manager and discovered that my order hadn't been placed....
In short, the food is good. The place is wonderful, but it definitely deserves better service.

We were at Dio's cover, and there weren't enough waiters to serve draft beer. We had to wait in long lines to get drinks, and they had to sell them quickly because there were mobile cashiers, which, by the way, was the saving grace. They were super friendly and, when draft beer was out, tried to sell other drinks. There was no draft beer on a sunny, open-air Saturday. It needs a lot of organization. The show was incredible, the venue is wonderful, but there was zero organization.

We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Good food, good music, and great service. It was just very hot, so we hope to have evening events someday too.

I hope you use the feedback to improve the customer experience, because the place has enormous potential!! The place is beautiful, and the band that played today was great! The space is wonderful, but please don't make customers want to come back because of the service... which was catastrophic. It was clear that there was no organized leadership, and there were constant disagreements among the staff. Orders went wrong, orders were incorrect, and orders took a long time to arrive.
We ordered two fries and two burgers. One of the fries took over 40 minutes to arrive, and the other was wrong (without the bacon and cheese) - but they were delicious. One of the burgers took over an hour to arrive, and we had to pay at least three times for it to arrive... It was exhausting, and the burger wasn't tasty.
The servers are very polite and friendly, but clearly disorganized. I believe it's due to the confusing ordering and billing system: customers are supposed to pick up their drinks, but food is delivered to the table. You pay when you order, and another serious issue is that the service charge is added to the order, meaning the customer isn't given the option to opt out—and they pay before the service is actually completed. I would pay, even in this chaos, because I understand it's important for the staff, but I believe this practice is not legal!
Another issue: the place gets crowded, and there's only one bathroom for everyone.

I love the place; I've been going there since '84.
What was missing was this Hooftop space.
Could the infrastructure and service be better? They could, but they're improving. With the support of those who enjoy it and frequent it without any fuss, the place will thrive, and I hope it will. There are plenty of people who support it, and the organizers are very willing.
I really like the space; the service is excellent; the staff are helpful; I liked the bands I saw; I've been there several times.
I feel very comfortable when I go and I really enjoy it.
For those who knew the gallery in the '80s and see it now, a lot has changed; it's nothing like it used to be, but I like both eras.
Let's enjoy the space and help it improve by visiting and supporting it.
