I made a purchase on January 10, 2025, and it took 17 days for the carrier to deliver my merchandise. My shipment was lost, and I'm asking for my money back. I've been demanding my rights for 13 days, and nothing. They don't respond; the owner, Tânia, ignores my messages and appeals. I've only suffered losses and still haven't received my money. It was an investment of R$3,250.00.

I left 10 aluminum screens for repair. They promised me 5 days. After a 3-day delay and much insistence, they gave me a deadline. Another 7 days... I took the screens back and had them repaired at another store on the same floor as the gallery. WhatsApp service is terrible, I don't recommend it.

Don't buy, it's just stress. It was good, but now they don't respond and they don't deliver the goods. Now I'm out 300 reais waiting for this situation to be resolved. Disregard for the customer. NEVER AGAIN!

I bought a display stand from this store a month ago, only because I recommended it. The pre-sale service was great, but the after-sale service was awful. They didn't ship the product for almost 30 days, and I had to keep calling for almost seven days straight to get my money back. Not to mention, the salesperson has no respect whatsoever. She didn't show the slightest concern for me. My company is HS Silk Screen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, and I'm only giving it a zero because there's no way around it!

They sent me a screen printing screen that was larger than I needed. I contacted them and they sent me a picture of another screen that they would send in the correct size, but they disappeared and haven't responded anywhere. They're disrespectful to the customer. Terrible service.

The products themselves are good, thanks to the suppliers, but the service at the counter is terrible, the attendant doesn't know anything, doesn't know the prices, and still thinks it's bad to ask more than one thing...
