I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told they were open until 1 p.m. I went there and they refused to help me, saying it was a "stock-out." I couldn't buy what I was supposed to because of the completely incorrect information they gave me.

The best store for t-shirts! Galeria do Rock is a standout. They have a variety of colors and sizes, plus exceptional service. They always get what we need. Just call Rosana, Raul, and Guilherme; they're all top-notch!

I only gave it one star because there's no way to give it zero. This is the worst online purchase I've ever made. They don't ship the product, they don't provide support, and on top of that, the manager is incredibly rude. Two months have passed and they haven't shipped it. I've requested shipping or cancellation countless times, and when they respond, they just mess me around, saying they'll ship "this week" and never do. When I requested the company manager to cancel the purchase, he said he wouldn't cancel it and that if I wanted to, I could sue them, "and we'll talk in two years." These are the company manager's own words. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They don't ship and they still make fun of the customer. By the way, a former customer!!!! Just to reiterate, THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE. I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF MY PURCHASE. Don't fall for this. I didn't read the recommendations and ended up being another victim. Zero customer service, no customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I made the purchase two months ago. Two t-shirts. They haven't shipped them, and they're not responding to customer service—the most I've received is a DM explaining that they're experiencing a large number of orders, hence the situation. At the same time, a Black Friday campaign is in full swing. Can you understand? I think I fell for a scam.
