I was quite disappointed by the lack of quality standard of the fabrics, I bought all of them in carded cotton and I saw a difference in quality in different colors, some were very dry and wrinkled after washing and shrank a lot, there were only two colors that shrank but it was clear that the fabric had a better quality :(

I contacted them via WhatsApp and was told they were open until 1 p.m. I went there and they refused to help me, saying it was a "stock-out." I couldn't buy what I was supposed to because of the completely incorrect information they gave me.

The service is always terrible; the man and woman who serve us are reluctant to answer anything and are always rude. The best is Bresser's store, with excellent service; it doesn't even feel like they're owned by the same people.

Terrible service, I asked for information that was answered without the slightest desire to help, one was not given to me and I was told to look on the website where it was also not available, it seems they do not want you to go to the store.

I also received top-notch service and fantastic value for money. I visited the physical store in Galeria do Rock.
