The person who made the appointment via WhatsApp assured me I'd leave at 3:00 PM, so I made the appointment for 12:00 PM. The person who would do the dreadlocks started seeing me at 1:15 PM. They kept stopping, leaving without warning. They replaced the woman. I left two hours late. I told her how thick I wanted the dreadlocks, but she ignored me. I complained, and the transvestite went without food until 4:40 PM, almost fainting, and the pretty lady was shitting herself. Overfed and terrible!

I loved getting my hair done here. The people are wonderful and the service is excellent. I left with a boost in my self-esteem. Yone, your work is perfect, and I'll definitely be back. Oh, and if you want your eyelashes and eyebrows done, there's also Studio Moura, located inside the salon. Raphaela is very attentive and made me look beautiful.

They quoted one price > charged another. They said the braid would be more C, HAIR, so I bought it > it was practically nylon. I asked for a thicker braid, the girl ignored me three times and made it thin, just the way she wanted. I didn't complain because the people were so bad-tempered that I was afraid of getting hit. Never again.
