On July 5th, I went to the gallery looking for a studio to get my nose pierced. I was initially seen by a woman at one studio, but because it was crowded, she transferred me to another. This one was also very crowded, and I was transferred again. This time, the person who saw me was a man with a lot of body modifications, and who was extremely rude to me from the first moment. I sat on the table for him to begin, and he only confirmed which jewelry I would use and then put his hand in. At no point did he mark the piercing location, and he didn't sterilize the jewelry or the piercing site. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. I believe I was seen by the same guy from one of my previous reviews, and what surprises me most is that it's been over a year. I'm extremely disappointed with the service, and if anything goes wrong, I'll fight for my rights.

I bought a bracelet and received excellent service. But less than a week later, the clasp broke. So far so good, the problem was the constant lack of attention I received from the store when I reported the problem. I simply asked if they could fix it, but they didn't even respond with a "no, we can't fix it."

Look, the establishment itself is very organized and I liked the service. I had my nose pierced. When I entered the procedure room, the guy said he had already "cleaned" my jewelry before I even entered. The only thing I saw being removed from the packaging was the needle, but when I went to do the piercing, it was cut in half with the jewelry already inserted. He didn't make any markings on my nose, didn't show me where he was going to pierce, he pierced my nose with a needle stub, and the piercing was too high. The place is good for selling jewelry and such, but it's terrible for piercing. I apologize for the bad review, but you're messing with a piercing procedure. It's only fair to show the customer all the care needed and mark the piercing, which would be the bare minimum, right?

Poor hygiene during piercing.
I had my nose pierced with a very thick piece of jewelry (provided and permitted by the body piercer), which became inflamed for a month and a half and had to be removed. I received no effective assistance, even after contacting a piercer.

On February 26th, I went to get my septum pierced. The service wasn't very good, but I didn't really care. The piercer wasn't very attentive and only gave me instructions on how to care for it because I asked. A week after the piercing, I noticed it was very crooked and contacted the shop seeking guidance and some kind of compensation for the poor service. They were slow to respond, and when they did, they said the piercer would contact me, which never happened. I decided to remove the piercing and am leaving this comment to highlight the store's lack of professionalism.
