Lab coat with velcro on the left side, damages the shirts underneath, has to be turned right side out. Poor standardization.

Good uniforms, but no customization options. For example: I need pants that are a bit off-the-shelf...that are 1.20m long. I submitted a proposal for a custom-made one. I didn't get any support.
