Terrible. I got a Madonna piercing, and the body piercer used a super small base (even though a larger one had been recommended by another professional).
It became inflamed, went into my lip, and now I'll have to go somewhere else to have the piercing removed.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

I have been really disappointed. I got teagus pierced on April 29 and it has been rejected by my body!!! I met a real piercer in my country and he said that it has been to close to the edge ..... I paid 50 reals for nothing. They should refund me. Do not go there

I bought two piercings to change the jewelry, both holes were great and two days after changing one of them it became super painful and bleeding. I went to another studio and discovered that the hoop I bought was too small for the place (conch) and was hurting the piercing site and when it was time to put it in they didn't say anything and put it in even knowing that the hoop was not appropriate for that piercing, not being enough the other jewelry I bought simply broke, the front part of the jewelry came loose and the piercing fell out of my ear. Terrible quality not only from the professionals but also from the jewelry.

I got my nose pierced and asked if I could get a ring as a starting piece, and they said yes. After a few days of discomfort, I did some research and saw several body piercers claiming that the ring they used (a wire ring with a gap) hurt the piercing and hindered healing. After two weeks, the piercing shifted, and I had to remove it because it was too painful. I was upset because I could have warned them; I ended up wasting money. I don't recommend it.
Reply to the establishment's response below: "Do the survey after the piercing?" ?????, It only proves the incompetence of the place, not knowing how to help with a simple piercing. I've had more than seven piercings on my body, and none of them have turned up anything. And look at how they respond to the comments here, lol. Do you think that because they're in the gallery that they're the cool rebels?? Then they go bankrupt, they don't know why. It's one thing to be underground, like tattoos and body modifications, and still be polite and take care of your clientele. It's another to be an unprepared jerk like you.

The service is good, but the work is horrible. I've had my nose pierced several times before and never had any problems elsewhere. I got it pierced at Gotattoo, and the next day it was swollen and painful like never before, and it only got worse as the days went by. The woman there handles the jewelry with bare hands and doesn't clean it properly. My friend and I had to have our piercings removed because we both woke up with the same symptoms. Terrible, stay away.

I received excellent service from the salesperson who sold me the jewelry; she's great.
However, someone else replaced my piercing. She was in a TERRIBLE mood, didn't clean the jewelry, and didn't close the piercing.
As a result, my piercing rotated (because it was open) and the hole closed.
Her service couldn't have been worse from start to finish.
The rating of 3 is for the first person's service, because otherwise it was a 0.

I got a piercing, but the lady ended up putting in a piece that was too big. I went to change it, but no one wanted to change it because they said only the girl who pierced it could change it, and she wouldn't be there until 3 PM. I got there at 11 AM and waited until 3 PM, only to be told that anyone could have changed it... a wasted day of work for me! Another lady wanted to charge me 20 reais for the catheter, even though it wasn't necessary because it was already pierced and I just needed to change the jewelry (I say this because the person who changed the piercing didn't use it). Other than that, the hole is perfect, it was just a mistake in choosing the jewelry. The service is great, but I didn't like the employee wanting to charge me an extra fee to change the jewelry.

In December 2021, I pierced my daith and septum, both with surgical steel jewelry. I emphasized my allergies. After three months, I discovered that the septum was pierced incorrectly; it wouldn't heal, and the jewelry would still lift up with facial expressions. It took a lot of work to find the store manager, and they finally repierced the piercing. A year later, I noticed that the "stainless steel" jewelry in my daith was more oxidized than old jewelry after the sea, and that's probably the reason for the acne I've never had. I wanted to post a picture... But I don't even want to try to fix it; it's not worth the hassle.
