A while ago I bought a Bishop machine for R$2,800.00. After a while, there was a problem with the engine. When I took it to the service center, the technician had difficulty opening the chassis. When he managed to do so, he realized that it was full of glue residue and had a motor that wasn't from the machine. I bought the machine sealed in the box and it came like that. When I contacted the store owner, he refused to help me solve this problem and said that I had tampered with the parts and had to bear the loss alone.
