Terrible service. The salesperson present on April 30th, around 3 p.m., was extremely rude and impolite. He treated me as if he were doing me a favor by selling the item, so I could choose the customer who deserved it. He barely wanted to serve me at first and suggested another store. When I returned, because the product was better, he only became more responsive when I said I would pay cash, R$300.00. I rightly commented on the change in his treatment after the sale was certain. This caused him to change his behavior, changing his tone of voice, even telling lies about how he had treated me before. When I told him he was lying, because the rudeness when I entered the store was too great for me to forget, he was even ruder. He didn't even bother to come out from behind the register to serve me at any point. "This person can't afford it or doesn't deserve to be happy with this item" was the message I received from my horrible experience at this store. Arrogance from start to finish. Customer satisfaction comes first, something that's out of the question for them. Ultimately, after being treated so badly, I didn't feel right buying the item and returned it. The store lost out on the R$300.00 I would have paid upfront for the product. I ended up without the item I was going to use for a family event. However, I'm sure that, given time, I'll be able to find the same one for even less, of superior quality, and with people who know how to respect a customer, regardless of their color, race, or clothing.
