I bought a flannel jacket, which from the photos and the price, seemed to be of good quality. The jacket is warm due to the lining inside, the hood is disproportionate to the size of the jacket, the stitching is poorly done (many flaws both inside and out), and the flannel is of VERY POOR QUALITY, the same day it arrived it filled with hairballs, and it is extremely thin. I am disappointed because I always bought from Blunt. I paid a lot for a product thinking it would last a long time, and I'm not even using it anymore. I say this because I have had a flannel from another brand for almost 10 years and it is still intact, never a single hairball has formed. I felt cheated, and I will never buy from that brand again!

It was horrible. My husband received two shirts as a gift from this store. I went there to exchange the size only. They said that the gift giver changed the color on the same day of purchase, so it counts as one exchange. So, that's two wasted shirts.
They talk so much about the customer service. They picked up the item and saw it was from there, but still refused to exchange it.
The store may be good, but they don't serve customers well.

I believe that the physical store has better service than the virtual one, unfortunately I had to deal with late delivery, "stock problems" (which I wouldn't mind saying was that they forgot the order, it would even be more polite) and lack of support for the problem that occurred... Unfortunately, I will never buy virtually from this store again, only in the physical store so as not to have this headache of not getting an answer again.

Learned about this place in 2023 and as of July 2024 there are still two shops of this brand in Galeria do Rock. Nice shirts, hoodies as well as some jackets and shorts. The print designs are based on existing themes such as rock, (black) metal, hip hop, nature, each with a unique twist, made by different artists.
Staff is very kind and helpful at GdR and not as aggressively pushy as their colleagues at the Pinheiros store.
Where the equally nicely designed stickers in 2023 were still free, you’re expected to pay for them in 2024 😜

I went with my boyfriend to the store at Shopping Light today and I have no words for the guys who served us, super helpful and friendly, we felt at home, not to mention they filled us with stickers, a wonderful store and service, we will definitely come back more often, 10 out of 10
