I bought a Killi bag through Dafiti, with delivery via Bgrock. I've been waiting almost a month, and I still haven't received it. It was a birthday present for my sister on June 6th. Yeah, I had to improvise a souvenir. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of deadlines. Unfortunately, all I can do is request a cancellation. Next time, remember this; it's just a tip. Customer first... Customers are the focus... Our problems shouldn't affect our service, and if they do, we should at least provide adequate guidance; a brief explanation changes everything... I use this for my clients, and it works... They should start better training their staff, starting with management.

It has a good selection of t-shirts and movie posters, but the service is terrible—the gentleman who "served" us didn't even look up from his computer, even when taking our money. He didn't say hello or thank us.
I noticed that many of the gallery's stores are closing. It's a shame, but it's easy to understand why.
