I had my name embroidered on a lab coat that I needed to wear the next day. I sent a message on WhatsApp and they told me they were closing at 7 p.m. I got there at 6:40 p.m. AND THEY HAD ALREADY CLOSED! I told them I was going to pick it up, confirmed the time, and made it clear that I needed that lab coat the next day.
