Great service, all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Not to mention the incredible collection. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this store is a disappointment these days. I've made many purchases there, but due to the high demand for vinyl and the personalized service some customers receive, visiting and purchasing became impossible. This started with the terrible service, both via WhatsApp and in person. On WhatsApp, they respond whenever they want, and in person, it's even more difficult when the owner, Richard, is dealing with his GREAT FRIENDS. He shows no desire to provide information or sell. I confirmed this when I asked if he had the Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Concert CD, and he said no. The next day, I asked about two other titles and if he had the Creedence Clearwater Revival - The Concert CD. He said yes and handed me the CD. I was very upset by the slight and the lack of concern. In fact, this is becoming a trademark of Zeitgeist Music. Not only did I have this bad experience, but other friends who appreciate good music and collectors have also reported poor service!

I wish I could give more stars because the product catalog is very good, containing new releases across all genres, from metal to pop, and some rare items that are hard to find in Brazil. However, the store's qualities end there. Customer service is non-existent. You try to contact them via Instagram, but they tell you to contact them via WhatsApp, and they don't respond there. I pre-ordered a CD on April 22, 2025, and they promised to get back to me when it was available. However, I later discovered that the CD became available last week and they didn't notify me. Luckily, it was still in stock; otherwise, I would have lost my pre-order without further ado. I purchased this CD on May 16, 2025, via PIX for in-store pickup, and they simply won't tell me when I can pick it up, nor will they update the payment status (which I already made) on the store's website. Buy from other Galeria do Rock stores, I'm sure none of them have worse service than this one.

On October 28, 2024, I made a purchase through the "Zeitgeist Music" website. I paid via Pix, and I received an email the same day confirming receipt. The delivery time via Sedex was 2 to 3 business days, but I still haven't received my CD—today is November 20, 2024. Contact via WhatsApp, phone, or email simply doesn't work—no one answers! Don't buy from this store—it's a scam!

I made a purchase on a website that said delivery would take six business days. I found this strange because the status hasn't been updated since my purchase, remaining as "processing." I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but the messages arrived but no one responded. I called the phone number listed here on Google, and no one answered. I sent an email, but I haven't received a response. It's impossible to contact the store!

SCAMMERS! I placed an order online and they said they would ship it in 20 days. Today I received an email notification that the store had canceled the order. They canceled it and didn't issue a refund! Just don't buy it (not even in person, because things are 3x more expensive).
