If I had read all the customer reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have had my work done with them and would have saved myself unnecessary stress. The embroidery was horrible, thank goodness I made a few pieces for testing, but even those pieces I had to discard had nothing to do with the specifications I gave when ordering, they did it however they wanted without any care and the result was terrible (and I paid for it).
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
I ORDERED TWO CAPS TO SEE IF THE SERVICE WOULD BE GOOD, AS I WOULD NEED 50 ITEMS.
I SENT THEM EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT TO BE WRITTEN ON THE CAP, AND THEY MADE A MISTAKE IN THE WRITING BECAUSE I SENT IT TWICE.
I ASKED THEM TO FIX IT, BUT THE WOMAN WAS SUPER RUDE, AFTER LEAVING ME FOR MORE THAN 2 DAYS WITHOUT A RESPONSE.
THEY REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED TO THE STORE FOR THEM TO FIX.
NOT ONLY BEING WRONG, THE EMBROIDERY IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY.
IF I HAD SEEN THESE COMMENTS EARLIER, I WOULDN'T HAVE BUYED FROM THIS "STORE."
THE EMPLOYEE IS COMPLETELY UNEDUCATED, AND SO IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE.
It seems they operate on the strength of hatred. Last week I went looking for information and asked about a product in the display window, and was told very harshly that they didn't carry that model. I persisted and asked about another product that was also on display, and again I was told they don't offer that service.
What's the point of an updated display window and good service, right?
Terrible service
They don't meet the delivery deadline.
I left eight shirts on a Saturday to be embroidered, and they were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday.
I arrived Wednesday morning to pick them up, but they hadn't even started the work.
I went to pick them up at 6 p.m., and they were still embroidering.
I went to count the shirts, and one was missing, and they couldn't explain why. I was out of pocket.
I don't recommend this place.
