The products are of excellent quality. I have a pair of combat boots and a pair of Mary Janes. But the first time I visited the store a few years ago, I was greeted with such hostility, so much so that I went in to look at the combat boots that the salespeople looked at me mockingly and asked if I wanted anything. I returned to the store several months later and was treated well, making me want to buy something there.

I spent a lot of money on a pair of boots in July. The girl told me they would last at least 10 years. After 3 days of wearing them, the sole came off and no longer sticks. Total deception.

Excellent service on the website, delivery time is always on time, quality is unquestionable and in the store you also have very good service, comfort is top notch.

Fantastic boots. I discovered this store at Galeria do Rock and was impressed by the excellent value. I bought two. They're my daily companions on motorcycle trips. They're not recommended for hikes longer than an hour (but who would wear boots for that?).

Worst attendant I've ever seen in my life. At 6:24 PM she said, "You won't be able to try this one on, come back another day," and wanted to make another girl buy it, try it on at home, and then come back with, "There's no deadline for returning, it just can't be used." Are you about to close? Put a rope on the door and don't let anyone else in, lock the door, but 6 minutes before closing, she sends me one of those? I'm not extending her hours or begging for favors. The stated opening hours are until 6:30 PM. At least she insulted all three customers and I didn't feel discriminated against; she was just generally unbearable.

I've been buying Vilela combat boots since 2015/16 (I only have six)... They're all in great condition, even when it rains, shines, is cold and heats up on trips and motorcycle rides!!! I love them!!!

I saw everyone's comments criticizing the sales staff, so I didn't even bother going to the store and made the purchase through the website. The product is beautiful and of excellent quality. I loved it! I had questions and contacted them via email; they responded super quickly and were great. I'll continue shopping online. lol. I recommend it.
