They hand out tickets but force you to wait in line. When I asked what the tickets are for if we have to wait in line, the employee's gratuitous response was, "If you don't want to, don't come in." I can understand a poor guy working on his feet on a Saturday to earn a salary and a snack, not being able to perform such a simple task, but I didn't expect to be insulted for no reason when asking for information. I don't recommend it.
