The service is excellent; both Pedrão and Zé are charismatic and helpful. You walk into the store and are greeted with a smile and attentive service. Unfortunately, customer service doesn't set the standard for the entire Galeria do Rock. SoWhat is one of the very few exceptions that stands firm in an environment where neglect reigns supreme.

Pedrão and his team's service is absolutely fantastic! In addition to very fair prices, they always offer a good chat, which makes a visit to SoWhatcd worthwhile. Highly recommended for lovers of Classic Rock and the like!

One of the best stores, with top-notch service. Pedrão, besides being VERY knowledgeable about music, is super attentive and helpful. Every time I go, I want to come back, for the selection and the conversation. Highly recommended!

I have no complaints about WhatsApp!? I've always been well received and well served by the owners; it's always a pleasure to stop by the store to buy and exchange ideas. Only What!? is the best CD store in the gallery, if not the best in downtown São Paulo.
