I've been a customer of the store since 2013, when it was still located in the rock gallery. I was drawn to the unique prints and the quality of the products! I've never found anything like them.
However, since the pandemic, I've been saddened by the lack of product updates, or even a rehash of prints that were very successful in the past. The prints are repetitive, too much of the same, and there's nothing that differentiates them to draw attention.
The colors aren't as varied as before, and the sizes are increasingly standardized (more M and less XL).
Not only in terms of t-shirts, but also in terms of shorts, which used to have more variety in styles, now follow the same old, same old style.
I still hope that someday things will be the same again. Here's my contribution as a customer who has admired and consumed the brand for years.

Terrible service. On WhatsApp, the guy responds in a random way, besides being quite ignorant and not accepting feedback to improve some products, he always makes excuses and never considers the customers' opinions. I've been a Rap Power customer for 8 years, but just because of their old-school approach to clothing, I'm now stopping buying their products. They don't keep up with the times, the prints have significantly declined in quality, they don't carry previous versions that worked, the colors are very limited, and some shirts even shrink. Not to mention the outrageous prices! Being a customer for 8 years and not getting a discount voucher every now and then is a joke... Not to mention a Black Friday about two years ago when they only offered discounts on DEFECTIVE items! That's it, in short, along with several other things I've experienced with these guys. They don't value their loyal customers as they should. But that's it. I was a fool to stay here. I'll find something better!

A store with a wide range of plus-size pieces for rap fans. These are high-quality pieces, as you can see in the photos I took while visiting the store. The quality is simply incredible; it's worth visiting to learn about the store's history and the quality of the products, not to mention the service, which is simply wonderful. And for those curious to learn more about the history of rap, stop by the store and chat with the staff there. Congratulations, Rappower, for the excellent service Elvis provides to customers.
