They don't answer when you call the store, the owners or franchise should review this lack of education, lack of respect and nobody reads, sees to resolve, send them away if they are trash employees

I went looking for sneakers, definitely cheaper than at the mall, but they still had sneakers with high prices... Anyway, it's very interesting, there are rock t-shirt stores, tattoo studios, piercing studios, etc.

I've been a loyal Maze customer since 2021, and for me it was a benchmark store for service. However, on my second-to-last visit, I received extremely poor service. I was short on time and needed to buy sneakers, and the attendant barely responded. He didn't even look at me because I was wearing simple clothes. I ended up not buying anything. I gave them a second chance, and on my birthday, I went to buy sneakers. They made me wait 30 minutes going from one store to another, only to tell me they didn't have the size I wanted. This is a complete lack of preparation in customer service and inventory management. You need to reevaluate who you hire. What they did to me was disrespectful. I'll never go back.

Worst service I've ever had at a gallery store. I went to Maze Outlet today and the salesperson barely even looked at me. I was ready to buy a pair of sneakers, but I didn't because the salesperson wasn't willing to assist me. A lot of boxes were arriving at the store, and when I asked the salesperson for help, he said he couldn't because he was too busy. And I was the only customer in the store. I was quite upset; I don't know if he thought I wouldn't buy anything. I still don't understand.

I bought a Yeezy less than a year ago, and they always call me on WhatsApp to sell other sneakers - but when I needed assistance because the Yeezy's sole was coming off, they disappeared!

The store has some cool sneakers but the service is terrible. I went to buy a sneaker and left from far away when I arrived at the store. The guy was unwilling to help, with no atmosphere at all to show off the sneakers. SLC was unprepared and cool.
