I'm a fan of the brand and have always owned their products, but my latest purchase, a pair of classic caramel leather Mad Rats, was a huge disappointment. I bought the sneakers a little over a month ago, very recently, and the lining on the back has already ripped, and the leather on the back has also peeled. I wear them two to three times a week for work, and I sit at work, and they're already like this. Imagine if they were used for what the brand claims—skating—they would have completely fallen apart by now. I live in Bauru, but I bought them at the Galeria do Rock store on a trip to São Paulo. It's a shame. I've owned many of the brand's products, and I'm sad to hear that the quality has declined so much. I'm sad that I no longer feel more confident buying products from a brand I've always admired.

What time does the store open? Google says 9 a.m., I've been waiting for 1:18 a.m., and the store is closed. It's already after 10 a.m., and the store is closed.

When I went to the store, the salesperson was trying to sell me a pair of sneakers that were made of canvas and were going to wear out after a few rides. Even though they said they would wear out quickly because they were a less resistant material than suede, the salesperson insisted that the sneakers wouldn't wear out.

When I was a teenager, I wanted a pair of Mad Rats skateboard boots, but my parents couldn't get me one. I was so happy to be able to walk into the store after almost 30 years and buy one for my nephew!

Terrible service via phone and WhatsApp, they don't wait for the customer to finish talking and hang up on you, and on top of that they are rude, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

You'd be surprised to find a MadRats store. It was a must-have item in certain circles in the 1980s.
