This store was designated as the official point of sale for concert tickets. I had to go to the gallery three times to find it open. It's always closed. When I finally found it open, I was informed that a 20% convenience fee is charged. I've never seen anyone pay a 20% convenience fee at an official point of sale in a physical store. If I have to pay a hefty fee, I'll buy online, without having to leave my house.

Excellent Service I went to buy Carnival tickets. The store was organized and the service was good. I took the opportunity to check out the t-shirts.
