I'd never been to Galeria do Rock Bar before, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was attentive from the moment we walked in until we left. The atmosphere is lovely, with music at just the right volume for enjoying the moment and still being able to chat. The space is spacious and the lighting is well-balanced. I ordered a Brazilian dish (beans, rice, fried egg, and farofa) and a Milanese chicken. I even got chips as a gift. The dish was generously served and was enough for two people. It was worth every penny; the dish was beautifully prepared and presented, and everything was delicious. I'll be back again. The bar is located in the basement of the gallery, entering via São João. I highly recommend it!

I didn't like it. It was cramped, messy, and there was a huge line to buy food. We paid R$30.00 to go up and got off right away. It was very uncomfortable; you can't see the city from up there. People were sitting on the floor...

A pleasant, spacious, and airy environment with attentive and friendly service, and a garden and fruit trees. A great place to visit and enjoy.

The place opens at 11 a.m. and we arrived at 1 p.m. There was nothing to eat except ready-made potato chips. Later, I had a French roll with ground beef.

The place has potential, but the organization has a lot of room for improvement.
Initially, the 30 reais entrance fee, including a welcome drink, isn't worth the cost. The drinks at this welcome drink are awful. When I went to order mine, I asked if I could exchange it for a glass of draft beer, since I don't drink those horrible, watered-down drinks they offer. I was asked by the bar manager, probably, if it could be exchanged for draft beer. He looked me in the eye and said no. I found this employee incredibly rude, so I got the drink with lemon juice and cachaça. When I tasted it, I realized it was awful and I wouldn't drink it. I asked them to throw it away and went to buy my own draft beer. After returning to the table with some friends, I learned that they had exchanged the drink for draft beer. Obviously, I thought it was unfair and complained, which was quickly resolved by a woman there (kind and polite). She brought me a draft beer and apologized for the incident. After that, the drinks were exchanged for draft beer for anyone who requested it. Another issue is the line for draft beer. There's only one tap and one person serving, which led to long lines. I found the drinks on the menu to be overpriced, as was the food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, which, besides being expensive, was terrible. It was poorly made and bad.
Another issue is that the beer offered was only for the band, as someone at the bar said. I thought it was absurd. If you want a place to benefit your friends, then don't charge an entrance fee and choose your guests. Regarding the band, it was good, but the sound is only close to the band; you can't hear it throughout the room. The acoustics are very poor, and they need a lot of improvement. Install speakers so everyone can hear, the sound is muffled, difficult to hear...
As I said at the beginning, the place has a lot of potential but needs someone who understands the subject to manage it. Honestly, I've heard from many people that they wouldn't return because their experience wasn't the best.

Very bad, expensive 50.00 for entry, bad food, bad drinks, bad service, in short, I won't be back. Being in a wonderful place in the Rock gallery, to be bad it needs to improve a lot.

A super pleasant atmosphere, with good music, wonderful service, and sensational food. The chef's dish was breaded fish (I'd never had it before) and it was delicious, with a crispy crust and tasty beans. The prices were very reasonable.

We received excellent service. The food is excellent, and the house tea is definitely worth trying.
