Paid in advance and regret doing so. The worker told me the cornrows would take 1 1/2 hours max. And the hair ended up taking more than 3 HOURS!!! they even left my hair unattended for a whole hour because they were understaffed yet still kept on accepting other customers

Terrible service. The women who work there barely speak Portuguese, and it feels like they're just trying to make fun of people. I got cornrow braids and they turned out awful. I don't recommend them; the service is the worst I've ever seen. I recommend finding another salon that will serve you better.

I HATED IT! The attendants there don't speak Portuguese and like to make fun of customers. One of them, named SALIM, even set my hair on fire with a lighter. If you can, go to Duza, where they don't have this nonsense. In the middle of your hair, where you can't see it, they do whatever they want, and then stop working, leaving you in the chair to call other customers. SALIM is a terrible professional.
