I've been a customer since 1996. I have about 6,000 CDs, and I definitely bought most of them from Die Hard. They have good prices, great knowledge, and great professionals. They have everything, and I still buy from them today.

Ridiculous Store. I used to be a frequent customer of this store. Today, a rude and arrogant guy with short hair and a black beard (who doesn't understand anything about music; you have to spell it out letter by letter or show it on your phone screen for him to understand which band it is) served me and said he couldn't tell me how many CDs they have in stock because it's a "trade secret," even though all the other stores in the gallery do. I need to know so I can prioritize my purchases. Any website or store can provide this information. They just lost a long-time customer.

Unfortunately, I don't know the store physically, but I've been buying online for over 20 years (actually, I started before they sold online, it was by phone (I couldn't pronounce the names of the bands and albums correctly at the time and had to try to guess hehe). Everything is always correct, great service and packaging (I miss the protective gifts for the CDs and the personalized bags). You can buy without fear.

I've been a regular at the store for about 18 years. 85% of my CD, DVD, and Blu-ray collection comes from this store.
The service is unbelievable. Everything is original, with fair prices and fast delivery.
Whether shopping in-store or online, I've always been impressed by the extreme professionalism, attentiveness, respect, and love for heavy music from the entire Die Hard Team.
I will definitely continue to buy all new releases from this store.
