Terrible service. I went with my boyfriend to buy a piece of jewelry and he wanted to exchange it on the spot, but they wouldn't even look you in the eye. It's just rude, let alone drilling holes.

I got my nose pierced (bridge) and the guy freehanded it, it was VERY CROOKED. You can clearly see how crooked it is,

The girl made the piercing too thick and careless. Then she changed my daughter's piercing... she just had to change it because the hole was already there. When it was time to put it in, my daughter already mentioned the pain... she had to take it out after 3 days and it's forming a keloid... and as for mine, I can only say the terrible treatment and the broken white one she gave me to sit on! It seems like a lie, doesn't it?! If regret could kill...

The piercer, a man with numerous body modifications, is a TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL, if we can even describe him as a professional. He injured my lobe and gave me completely misleading information. It's best to change professions. I recommend becoming a butcher.

On February 26th, I went to get my septum pierced. The service wasn't very good, but I didn't really care. The piercer wasn't very attentive and only gave me instructions on how to care for it because I asked. A week after the piercing, I noticed it was very crooked and contacted the shop seeking guidance and some kind of compensation for the poor service. They were slow to respond, and when they did, they said the piercer would contact me, which never happened. I decided to remove the piercing and am leaving this comment to highlight the store's lack of professionalism.

I was very well attended to. My daughter and I both got piercings. I got my tragus piercing, she got her lip piercing! I loved it and will be back!

Poor hygiene during piercing. I had my nose pierced with a very thick piece of jewelry (provided and permitted by the body piercer), which became inflamed for a month and a half and had to be removed. I received no effective assistance, even after contacting a piercer.

Look, the establishment itself is very organized and I liked the service. I had my nose pierced. When I entered the procedure room, the guy said he had already "cleaned" my jewelry before I even entered. The only thing I saw being removed from the packaging was the needle, but when I went to do the piercing, it was cut in half with the jewelry already inserted. He didn't make any markings on my nose, didn't show me where he was going to pierce, he pierced my nose with a needle stub, and the piercing was too high. The place is good for selling jewelry and such, but it's terrible for piercing. I apologize for the bad review, but you're messing with a piercing procedure. It's only fair to show the customer all the care needed and mark the piercing, which would be the bare minimum, right?

Horrible, I went to get a piercing and the “professional” pierced it wrong and when I contacted the STUDIO I would have to pay again for a mistake that wasn’t mine.
