My first and favorite bootleg was purchased at this store in 1996... since then, I've moved and ended up only visiting the store a few times... The last time was this past week. I live in Brasília and needed to give a friend a very rare AC/DC record that would arrive in the capital within two days. And, while the quantity and quality of the items didn't surprise me, the service exceeded my expectations... I called, they explained things to me, called me back, rushed to help me. The result: it arrived in one day, my friend received a copy of a very rare Picture Disc, and my admiration for London Calling multiplied! Congratulations to Walter and the team for their masterful service, professionalism, and partnership! Long live London Calling!

I bought used LPs online from this store, and the experience was terrible. The records arrived scratched, in terrible condition, with several "skips." However, in the store's online catalog, the records were listed as "pre-owned." I wrote an email complaining and received no response. It's a shame; I don't recommend them.

There are few places where you can find jazz vinyl in São Paulo. It's rare to find material outside of the Rock genre, but it's readily available there, which is precisely why the prices are quite steep. It's rare to leave with a vinyl record for less than R$120. But it's the value of the game, c'est la vie. I would go back and recommend it.

I've always received excellent service. I've made many in-store purchases. And as a bonus, the store hosts many cool events, autograph sessions, and great shows. Congratulations!

I've been a customer at the store since I was 14. Since its opening, I consider it one of the most complete places in São Paulo for those looking for good music, rarities, books, posters, finds, rare items, and a wealth of diversity. Walter always keeps me updated on new releases, especially from my favorite artists. I'm sure more than 1,000 records from my collection were found in this magnificent store! This store is simply an oasis, and along with Baratos e Afins, another legendary store, and a few other "resistance" record and CD stores, they are the lifeblood of the Rock Gallery. I'm from the time when London Calling was in the gallery next door. The 90s are filled with fond memories. You can find almost everything music-related there. Vinyl, CDs, and much of it imported, which is a real treat for music lovers. The store has grown. It's bigger and more intuitive to navigate. Posters of autographed bands and photos with music personalities decorate the store and showcase its importance to the music scene. It's worth every second of your visit. It's next to Baratos e Afins.

I went to remove a record from its cover to check its condition, and a sales assistant was incredibly embarrassing when she told me that due to "quality standards," she couldn't remove the record from its cover because if I left any fingerprints on it, it would lose its quality standard. She also said that she guaranteed that those records marked as "new" were truly mint. It turns out that I, as a customer, have every right to see the condition of the record, whether it truly matches the condition they claim. They even said that this is why the record becomes a promotional record, but the funniest thing was that she later included the promotional record with the promotional records, but didn't change the price. This is a misleading promotion.

I've been a customer for at least 16 years. The service is excellent. I buy CDs and vinyl records there, and what they don't have in stock, they import, including rarities and out-of-print items. The best thing about the store is the opportunity to purchase rare vinyl records and CDs from punk and rock bands, as well as the latest music releases. A 100% store!!!

A spectacular store, it has all kinds of vinyl records and a very large space for events in the store. I went to Clemente's acoustic event there and it was great, a place I highly recommend.

My favorite store in Galeria do Rock. If you're looking for Bauhaus, Siouxsie, David Bowie, Daniel Ash, Peter Murphy, and others in that style, you'll definitely be happy there!
