Wonderful service!!! The lady who helped me was super attentive, answered my questions about the size I wanted (which was the smallest), and sent me a gift! I've been a customer since 2021. I only buy my white gold hoops there because the quality is excellent. I moved to Australia and my jewelry arrived here!!! And I still prefer to buy from places I trust because I can't find them in white gold in Australia!!! You guys are amazing!! Highly recommended!

On May 3rd, I got my helix pierced at the Galeria do Rock (downtown São Paulo) and paid R$100 for both the piercing and the titanium jewelry. On July 15th, I received a WhatsApp message from the store announcing a "super promotion," saying the piercing would be free and that I would only have to pay for the jewelry. Today, I went to the Pinheiros location to schedule my conch piercing and paid R$120 for just the simplest titanium jewelry they offered me. At the time, I didn't question Cintia because I didn't remember exactly how much I had paid before. Only today, when I got home, did I check my credit card statement and see that I paid less at the downtown location, even with the piercing included. In other words, with this so-called "promotion," I ended up paying more. I felt cheated because the advertising suggests the final price is cheaper, but that's not what happens in practice. I suggest more transparent communication and consistent pricing between units to avoid frustrating those who trust you. I don't recommend it.

My experience with Piercinf For You and Cinthia was wonderful. She is very attentive, helpful, and polite. Every time I requested something, she was always ready to assist me with all the attention in the world. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the pieces and the jewelry are beautiful! I've been a regular at the store for about 18 years. 85% of my CD, DVD, and Blu-ray collection comes from this store. The service is unbelievable. Everything is original, with fair prices and fast delivery. Whether shopping in-store or online, I've always been impressed by the extreme professionalism, attentiveness, respect, and love for heavy music from the entire Die Hard Team. I will definitely continue to buy all new releases from this store.

Unintelligent prices, I received poor service over the phone!!

Of my 378 CDs, I bought about 200 from Die Hard. Best CD store on the planet! I've been a regular customer since 1997.

Unfortunately, I don't know the store physically, but I've been buying online for over 20 years (actually, I started before they sold online, it was by phone (I couldn't pronounce the names of the bands and albums correctly at the time and had to try to guess hehe). Everything is always correct, great service and packaging (I miss the protective gifts for the CDs and the personalized bags). You can buy without fear.
