I bought a Ricta wheel there and it broke on the first day of riding. I sent a message, but the store didn't offer any support. They just kept seeing the message and didn't respond. The only time they responded was to say that after use, there's no way to exchange it, but how can the product be defective if I don't use it? I won't buy from them again.

Terrible skate shop. Some products are fake, especially the foreign skate boards. The owner keeps pushing you to buy them. If you're going to buy a product and it's not in the store, they'll tell you you're a jerk and talk badly about the customer, not just the customer, but the skater. If you're a real skater looking for parts, stay away from this skate shop. It's actually a suga shop. They say it's a skate shop for skateboarders, but they mistreat skateboarders. DON'T GO TO THIS ROOT SHOP!

Terrible, right, brother? Get those old boards that are dusty and donate them, man. 4 days of use and a board breaks, and no need to step on it crookedly, step on it wrong. Skateboards were made to be stepped on regardless of the board shape, and one that doesn't last 4 days is an old board, a messed up board. I'm definitely not buying anything else from this store...............

On October 1, 2022, I went to this store to buy a set of bearings for my longboard. The salesperson was friendly and knew how to recommend a good product. However, when it came time to install the new bearings, the staff was inattentive, sloppy, and incompetent. During the bearing replacement, the employee in charge mixed up the new and old bearings on the same bench, forgot to place the spacer between the bearings, and poorly tightened the rear wheels of my longboard. This poor tightening resulted in the wheel coming off while going downhill... And I nearly fell. I reported the incident to the store owner that same day and was instructed to come back on October 3, 2022, to investigate the situation. When I got there, I explained what had happened, and the store owner assured me that he would return a bearing to me between October 7th and October 10th. He didn't follow through on the agreement and has been making nonsensical arguments against returning the bearing. I even offered to pick up the part from the distributor, but he still keeps making excuses and not fulfilling his commitments.
On October 27th, 2022, I went to the store, and the owner refunded me two bearings and a nut. My problem was resolved.

The service at the store below was top notch!!!! I just have to thank him! He knew a lot about the pieces and helped me a lot in making great choices, cost/benefit, that's why it's a 10! They could just improve the prices of some pieces a little hahahah thanks tmj!

Coming to São Paulo's historic center and not seeing Galeria do Rock is like having nothing to tell. My daughter, who loves to wear black, went to show her the different tribes that make black their own distinctive colors and styles. A very nice and well-kept space. I loved it, and so did she!
