Don't buy from them, guys! I've bought from them a few times and never had any problems until my last purchase... I bought it on Black Friday 2023, the delivery date was December, and to this day (October 3, 2024) I haven't received my purchase. I've contacted them several times, I've complained on Reclame Aqui several times... They always tell me to send my order details and say they'll be shipping it to me, and they never deliver anything! So, if you want to avoid any hassle, don't even try to buy anything from them!!! Terrible! I don't recommend this experience to anyone!

I bought 55 t-shirts in April 2023 and still haven't received them. When contacted via WhatsApp or Instagram, they don't respond, and when they do, they offer a variety of excuses. I bought them in 2022 and had no problems. I want to believe I wasn't scammed because I spent R$1,500.00 paying in full via Pix... I've already contacted a lawyer to pursue my rights and remedies.

I purchased many products in October 2023. They never shipped my purchase, and they don't answer the phone or WhatsApp. They don't respond to emails. In fact, like so many other comments about the company, I was scammed and lost all my reservations I used to purchase from them.

Horrible after-sales service. They respond quickly until you send the payment, and then it just takes forever! When the shirts finally arrived, they only highlighted the terrible service! The order wasn't correct as we agreed! Wrong sizes, most shirts are not sized correctly, and the M size is the same as the G! ​​Improve!

I only gave it one star because there's no way to give it zero. This is the worst online purchase I've ever made. They don't ship the product, they don't provide support, and on top of that, the manager is incredibly rude. Two months have passed and they haven't shipped it. I've requested shipping or cancellation countless times, and when they respond, they just mess me around, saying they'll ship "this week" and never do. When I requested the company manager to cancel the purchase, he said he wouldn't cancel it and that if I wanted to, I could sue them, "and we'll talk in two years." These are the company manager's own words. I absolutely do not recommend this company. They don't ship and they still make fun of the customer. By the way, a former customer!!!! Just to reiterate, THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!!!!!!

Disrespectful to the consumer, don't buy, you'll just get angry! I made a purchase in August of this year, and the shipping time indicated on the order was 17 days. Okay, the time passed. I waited a little longer and tried contacting them by phone, but nothing. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but the message simply wouldn't go through. I tried contacting them via Instagram chat three times and was ignored. So I went to Reclame Aqui, and to my surprise, I found several complaints and disregard for the customer. I decided to post on my social media (Instagram) warning my friends that I didn't buy from this brand. Then an employee decided to respond, even insinuating that he would take my post to their legal department because I accused the store of a scam, haha. The guys are omitting customer information, Instagram has closed posts for comments, and they keep posting stories as if this whole nonsense wasn't happening. As a side note, both times I went to Galeria do Rock, the store was closed, and neighboring stores reported the complaints they were receiving. Another thing: in the Instagram chat, the employee sent me a screenshot of a post they made in June 2023 on their stories informing customers about the delivery delay, but there's nothing PINNED on the profile today with any information. People, it's normal for any company that relies on the post office or shipping companies to have shipping issues, but MAKE this clear to your customers. Don't wait for 300 complaints and slander on social media to communicate with your customers. This is the least a company can do, not rub it in people's faces that complaints don't reach 1% of their monthly orders (that's what the employee told me in the Instagram chat). Anyway, don't buy from them. Stay away from this brand, as they're not transparent with their customers. Buy from much smaller brands, and I have no communication issues when unexpected things happen.

The company is excellent, delivering a quality product at an affordable price, especially for those who buy individually. Unfortunately, like most companies in Brazil, their logistics system struggles a bit, but the parts always arrive with standard quality. I've been buying from them for three years and can confirm their reliability. They've always delivered the right pieces for my brand, both plain and custom.

They haven't shipped them, and they're not responding to customer service—the most I've received is a DM explaining that they're experiencing a large number of orders, hence the situation.
