Very friendly attendant. Prices are within the market average. The Hornet contouring tips are excellent, but I don't recommend the painting tips.

I like buying things at gringos. They have good prices and the produts are very good. You can trust the quality.

They have good materials, but they have no commitment to the customer. Every order I place here is always delayed by more than 10 days, even though my payment is always via PIX, which gives instant release, and I place it via Sedex (which mentions 2 business days for delivery). The problem is that Gringos is not qualified to meet the demand, so the status of the order, which is already delayed by MORE than 15 days, is "Order in preparation." LOL. I called the person in charge of deliveries at Gringos, and he didn't even bother to help. I felt completely neglected by this company. This is my last order from this store (I bought it in advance because I know they delay things, but I didn't think it would be 20 days late). My studio ran out of needles, the ones I use for realism, and now I'm completely at a loss because of this crappy company.

Best place to buy, excellent service, top-notch materials. The only one I recommend buying from, the materials arrive quickly. Diogo is an excellent salesperson, and the service is unparalleled.

The service is always impeccable. They always provide information on the best way to buy supplies to get the best price. They're always attentive and always give away freebies... When I buy tattoo supplies, I don't even look for another store; I go straight to Gringos.

The attendants served me without a protective mask and did not check my order. The needles I ordered were changed, including the tips.
