The Reverse Store is always amazing. I've been to both the physical stores in Liberdade and here at Galeria do Rock. The service is always impeccable. I want to highlight Nick's attention to help me make my purchase and also Ana's attention to finalize the service. 10 out of 10!

Dad, they keep posting that there's a 5% discount on Pix and when I got to the store the cashier didn't want to give me the discount even though I asked, she said she couldn't because of the "machine fee" everyone knows that Pix doesn't charge a fee, I felt a great discrimination in the service, I'll never go back and I don't recommend it
