I bought a t-shirt as a gift online and it arrived super fast!! It was also well packaged, with a note and awesome stickers! The t-shirt came with a tag and Grizzly sticker, an original piece. The gift was a hit!! Trust me.

On Saturday, March 4th, I bought a pair of sneakers for my daughter as a birthday present. After the salesperson insisted, I ended up buying a size larger. Besides the product appearing damaged, it was too big for her. I returned on Monday, March 6th, to exchange the item. The store didn't have the item and refused to refund the amount. Even though I informed them, according to consumer law, that we have the right to return the item within 7 days, I didn't receive a refund. RESOLVED!! I returned to the store with my wife and daughter. We received excellent service from the same salesperson. He gave us all the attention we needed for my daughter. She chose another model that was in her size. We left the store satisfied with the product and the service. Thank you very much!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! I bought a product for 100 reais and the shipping cost was almost 50 reais (normal shipping). The product arrived completely different from what I ordered. I went to check how the return process worked, and it was basically me giving them the hat as a gift, since I would have to pay 50 reais in shipping and would only receive the value of the 100 reais product. This is wrong. I could sue this store in 2 seconds. But it's better to warn everyone to never buy from you. Losing customers is much better. A bunch of thieves.
