Oh my God, I have never been so mistreated in a store. The most rude and ill-mannered salesperson I have ever seen seemed like he was doing me a favor by being there. I was served by a rude old man. I only bought one CD, but you can be sure that if I had been treated well, I would have bought more. I will never set foot in that place again, and I do not recommend it!
Dear all, if you want to be poorly served, pay an absurd price for CDs, and get some kind of verbal slap in the face, this is the right place. The guy with long hair was asking almost 80-90 reais for a CD with a damaged acrylic cover and booklet. Scratched media? 40-50 reais. There were some sealed ones there that went for over 150-200, while on ML and Discogs they were 30-70 reais, with the same conditions. Not to mention that the bald guy looked like he was making fun of me. Please avoid going to this store.

I recently visited this store. They had CDs without prices, and the guy immediately gave me the prices. I saw someone ask the price of one, and I went to ask the price of the same one and he gave me about 20-30 reais more. Complete disregard, I don't know how they haven't closed this guy's store yet. And the bald guy even laughed in my face. I don't recommend it. If you can, stay away from this store.
Marcio is a very friendly person. A bright, super pleasant person. As for the bald guy, I don't know if he gets a salary, because any record you ask if they have, he'll ask Marcio if it's there.
I'm from another state, and because of that, this company was recommended to me by major retailers in my city. I bought, used, and liked the products, but from the beginning, the WhatsApp customer service has been fraught with issues. I believe the customer service is handled by multiple employees; after all, the owners have to keep up with their salaries and wouldn't have time to assist everyone.
In my last contact, today, I asked two questions through the company's app, but again, the person on the other end was quick and oblivious to the customer. I've always treated them with respect and politeness, and I have screenshots to prove it, but the person on the other end always acted ironically and, so to speak, mockingly.
In this last contact, I mentioned the tremendous lack of politeness when answering simple questions. The person never responds. They go to the company's website, copy and paste information about the product, but the answer, which should be simple, NEVER gets given.
I don't believe this behavior is from Camila or her husband, whom I follow on Instagram and YouTube. It's certain that it must be some dissatisfied employee who takes it all out on the first customer they see.
When you're working with the public, you need to understand that personal and professional problems are resolved with your tormentors. Never with the customer.
I bought it, liked it, and tried again. But given what I've observed over this period, I've come to the conclusion that I'll look for another supplier, as this one didn't live up to their social media claims.
I know of huge chains that have gradually gone bankrupt, and in all of them, customers always reported what that fateful day indicated: POOR SERVICE.
