I had my dreads serviced by Zi at Duza's salon. What a wonderful experience. I've been to other salons where the service took about 5 hours, and it was quite painful. With Zi, it was completely the opposite. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., as scheduled. After an hour and a half of good conversation and super professional work, I was ready. And it didn't hurt at all! She truly is a very talented professional. Duza exudes charisma and passion for her profession, making both staff and clients feel at ease. This is now my official salon for dreads.

More than a year after purchasing them, I had issues with the product and decided to complain to the manufacturer, but I no longer had the receipt.
