I got my nose pierced and asked if I could get a ring as a starting piece, and they said yes. After a few days of discomfort, I did some research and saw several body piercers claiming that the ring they used (a wire ring with a gap) hurt the piercing and hindered healing. After two weeks, the piercing shifted, and I had to remove it because it was too painful. I was upset because I could have warned them; I ended up wasting money. I don't recommend it.
Reply to the establishment's response below: "Do the survey after the piercing?" ?????, It only proves the incompetence of the place, not knowing how to help with a simple piercing. I've had more than seven piercings on my body, and none of them have turned up anything. And look at how they respond to the comments here, lol. Do you think that because they're in the gallery that they're the cool rebels?? Then they go bankrupt, they don't know why. It's one thing to be underground, like tattoos and body modifications, and still be polite and take care of your clientele. It's another to be an unprepared jerk like you.
I received excellent service from the salesperson who sold me the jewelry; she's great.
However, someone else replaced my piercing. She was in a TERRIBLE mood, didn't clean the jewelry, and didn't close the piercing.
As a result, my piercing rotated (because it was open) and the hole closed.
Her service couldn't have been worse from start to finish.

The service is good, but the work is horrible. I've had my nose pierced several times before and never had any problems elsewhere. I got it pierced at Gotattoo, and the next day it was swollen and painful like never before, and it only got worse as the days went by. The woman there handles the jewelry with bare hands and doesn't clean it properly. My friend and I had to have our piercings removed because we both woke up with the same symptoms. Terrible, stay away.

One of the worst, I can say for sure. I got a tattoo that disappeared from my skin a week later—that's right, the ink disappeared. I have been really disappointed. I got teagus pierced on April 29 and it has been rejected by my body!!! I met a real piercer in my country and he said that it has been to close to the edge ..... I paid 50 reals for nothing. They should refund me. Do not go there
I've always trusted my piercings there, but things have gone downhill.
Three months ago, I got a microdermal piercing at the store on the ground floor. The lady was very nice, but unfortunately, she didn't know what she was doing. I put in a microdermal piercing, and she noticed it wasn't flush with the skin. Instead of removing it and reinserting it properly, she asked me to put a Band-Aid on it for 30 days. I didn't know how to follow the instructions (the correct time is 7 days), and my skin burned from the bandage. She also told me that I wasn't "skinny," which I wasn't, that I didn't have any fat, and the 30 days would help.
My microdermal piercing had the stem sticking out from the beginning, and I thought the jewelry was too big. Today, during a training course, I discovered it was inserted incorrectly, resulting in my body expelling it, and I had to remove it.
Recycling or truly learning is a very good thing.

In December 2021, I pierced my daith and septum, both with surgical steel jewelry. I emphasized my allergies. After three months, I discovered that the septum was pierced incorrectly; it wouldn't heal, and the jewelry would still lift up with facial expressions. It took a lot of work to find the store manager, and they finally repierced the piercing. A year later, I noticed that the "stainless steel" jewelry in my daith was more oxidized than old jewelry after the sea, and that's probably the reason for the acne I've never had. I wanted to post a picture... But I don't even want to try to fix it; it's not worth the hassle.
