Terrible customer service for wholesale customers! The website lists very long in-store pickup dates. The physical store attendant provides very poor customer service, doesn't explain, shows no empathy, and has no interest in providing information. Worst customer service experience. I was buying wholesale, and honestly, that's why people prefer online stores, as physical customer service is becoming increasingly dehumanized. T-shirts are good, and the quality is good, but unfortunately, it's worthless if you get service like this. Thank you very much!

My husband already had a t-shirt there and asked me to buy another. Great service, very good fabrics, lots of different prints, they have t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, pillows, pins, keychains, and other items. I needed to exchange my husband's t-shirt and got great service. They have rock, Pokémon, Dragon Ball, Marvel, Simpsons, Harry Potter, and TV series items. I really liked it.

Amazing store, super friendly, attentive and very informed staff, lots of variety, every time I go to the gallery I buy there.

This store's website is terrible, the size search filters don't work, most of the shirts are only available in sizes S or XS, and they constantly show unavailable items that never arrive!! It needs a lot of improvement to be that bad!!

A very good store, I consider it the 4th or 5th best place to buy t-shirts in the gallery. In addition to their own designs, they also sell other brands like Pulse, Bomber, Brutal Wear, and others. They have three stores in the gallery: two on the same floor, across from each other (which are worth a visit because they have different products), and one on the upper floor, which has items from their website. By the way, here's a tip: if you're looking for a product that's sold out on the website, it's worth a visit to browse some remaining pieces. Prices are affordable, ranging from 30 to 60 Jair's per item.

[Fatum from Galeria do Rock] The t-shirt prices are higher than at other galleries, and the staff are rude. I was going to buy two t-shirts, asked the manager for a discount, and she said there was no negotiation, that I couldn't, and that was it (harshly). In short... I only bought one, but I shouldn't have bought any. After all, they're only working because we, the customers, pay their salaries. I won't go back to that store, not even to buy a pin.

I've always shopped at another Galeria store, but this is my second time at Fatum, and I'm satisfied. The t-shirts are beautiful, much better than the competition's, and the service is fantastic. The salesperson is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them.
